How long does it take to build an app?
A standard app usually takes about 6–10 weeks from consultation to launch. More features can mean more time, so we'll give you an exact schedule during planning.
How is the price determined?
The price is a base app fee plus an additional cost for each extra screen (page). For example, if you add a booking screen and an events screen on top of the basic screens like Home, About and Menu, the cost increases by those added screens. Extra features such as AI are added on top. After the consultation you'll receive an itemized quote, so you can choose only the screens and features you need.
Are there monthly costs after the app is built?
Yes. An app keeps running after launch, so there are running costs. Depending on the features you use, only the items below that apply to you will come up.
- Server & data storageWith booking, member or ordering featuresThe cost of securely storing customer information and booking/order records. Think of it as renting a safe storeroom for your business records. It grows gradually as your customers and records grow.
- AI usage feesWith AI featuresA usage fee paid to the external AI service each time the AI answers or analyzes something. You only pay for what you use.
- App store feesAll appsApple's App Store is $99 per year; Google Play is a one-time $25.
- MaintenanceOptionalWe fix bugs free of charge for a set period after launch. After that, a monthly plan covers server management, OS update support and improvements.

How much do AI features cost to run?
AI fees depend on how often your customers use the AI features. We design them to stay affordable for small businesses and can set usage limits so costs don't spike. This is separate from server and data storage costs, and we'll estimate both together during your consultation.
Do you build for both Android and iPhone?
Yes. One development process produces both the Android and iPhone apps, and we release them on both stores.
